Camp Counsellor

As a Camp Counsellor, you’ll play a vital role in making camp an unforgettable experience. Your job is to guide, support, and have fun with the campers while creating incredible memories along the way. Whether it’s leading activities, encouraging campers to try new things, or just being a friendly face, this role is all about enthusiasm and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

As a General Camp Counsellor, you’ll be responsible for a group of campers throughout their stay. Your days will be filled with exciting activities, from sports and crafts to music and theatre – plus plenty of time to jump in the lake!

Expect to:

  • Wake up with your campers and get them ready for the day.
  • Join in with activities, games, and camp traditions.
  • Help make every day more exciting than the last!
  • Support and encourage campers to try new things.
  • Enjoy amazing day trips and traditional campfires.

All you need is a ‘give it a go’ attitude and a willingness to support your campers. If that sounds like you, you’re the perfect fit!

Where You Can Work

We work with over 700 summer camps across the USA. You could spend your summer in New York, Washington, Boston, or California, with your days off giving you the chance to explore even more! After camp, you’ll have four weeks to travel and see even more of America.
