Sending thousands of participants to camp every year takes passion, energy and a brilliant team. With offices in the UK and Ireland, plus flexible roles across the country, there are loads of exciting ways you can get involved!
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated people who love camp life and want to shout about it! Ideally, you’ll have:
- Great communication skills
- A real team-player attitude
- Customer service experience
- Self-motivation and a positive outlook
- Some admin experience (bonus, but not essential!)
Most importantly, you’ll bring your personal camp experience and a passion for helping others have the best summer of their lives.
It’s a fun, friendly, social environment – but be ready to roll up your sleeves during busy periods!
Office Roles
Join us at our offices in Solihull, UK or Maynooth, Ireland and help manage participant applications, promote our programmes, and support our incredible community.
Current Office Vacancies:
Summer Camp Specialist / Team Member – UK
- Help manage UK participants and promote USA Summer Camp from our Solihull office.
Summer Camp Specialist / Team Member – Ireland
- Based in Maynooth (or remotely!), you’ll help manage Irish J-1 participants and share the camp magic.
National Support Team
Looking for a flexible, paid role you can fit around your schedule? Become a part of our National Support Team!
You’ll:
- Interview applicants and write reports to support their journey
- Share your own camp experiences and inspire others
- Get paid for each completed interview
- Receive full training to get you started
Perfect if you love talking about camp and want to earn extra income in a fun, flexible way!
