Below are the terms and conditions for current USA Summer Camp offers, referral programmes and promotional competitions. Each offer is subject to its own eligibility criteria, deadlines and conditions.
Recommend a Friend Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this referral programme is USA Summer Camp.
2. Programme Name
USA Summer Camp Recommend a Friend Programme.
3. Eligibility
The programme is open to participants registered with USA Summer Camp for Summer 2027.
4. How the Referral Programme Works
To qualify for a referral payment, the referred friend must:
- Apply to the USA Summer Camp programme
- Pay all programme fees in full;
- Secure a placement at a summer camp in the United States; and
- Travel to and commence their placement at camp.
There is no limit to the number of friends a participant may refer.
5. Referral Deadline
All referred friends must submit their application by 30 April 2027.
6. Referral Payment
Participants will receive £100 or €100 for each successful referral.
The currency paid will be determined by USA Summer Camp.
Referral payments will be paid onto a designated Wise card or Wise account.
Payments are expected to be made during June 2027, prior to participants travelling to camp.
7. Multiple Referrals
Unlimited successful referrals may be rewarded.
A referred applicant may only be linked to one referrer. Where multiple participants claim the same referral, USA Summer Camp’s records shall determine entitlement.
8. Cancellation and Withdrawals
No referral payment will be made where the referred friend withdraws, fails to pay fees, does not secure placement, or does not travel to camp.
9. Data Protection
Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10. General
USA Summer Camp reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the programme where necessary.
Win a Trip to America – Summer 2027 Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is USA Summer Camp (“the Promoter”).

3. Eligibility
- The competition is open to individuals who successfully register for the USA Summer Camp Summer 2027 programme, pay the required programme deposit in full, and complete their online participant profile to “Camp Ready” status during the competition period.
- Participants must meet all programme eligibility requirements for the USA Summer Camp Summer 2027 programme.
- Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of USA Summer Camp are not eligible to enter.
4. Competition Period
- The competition opens on 31 August 2026.
- Monthly prize draws will take place on or shortly after the final day of each month during the competition period.
- The final entry deadline is 23:59 GMT on 31 January 2027.
5. How to Enter
To be entered into the competition, participants must complete registration, pay the required deposit, and reach Camp Ready status. No separate entry form is required.
6. Prize
The prize is a FREE USA Summer Camp Summer 2027 programme place equivalent to the standard programme fee of £299 / €299.
The prize does not include flights, visa fees, insurance, spending money, optional upgrades, or any costs not expressly included within the standard programme fee.
7. Prize Redemption
Winners who have already paid programme fees will receive a reimbursement of up to £299 or €299 by bank transfer or transfer to a Wise account/card.
8. Monthly Draws
One winner may be selected during each monthly draw period. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the applicable monthly draw date.
9. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the contact details held on their application.
10. Programme Requirements
If a winner withdraws from the programme, becomes ineligible, or fails to secure placement, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
11. Publicity
Winners may be announced by first name, surname initial and country of residence.
12. Data Protection
Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable UK and European data protection laws.
13. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
