After your summer at camp ends, you’ll need a list of places to go in the States to round off your trip!
Working at Summer Camp gives you lots of opportunities to explore America.
We asked the USA Summer Camp team for their most bucket-worthy places to go in the States…
Venice Beach is well-known for its bohemian spirit – and it’s a great place to visit!
The Venice Boardwalk has lots of funky shops, street performers, and colourful murals.
It’s also world famous for Muscle Beach’s outdoor gym, but there’s also a skate park.
If you’re looking for a stunning place to spend the day, you can’t go wrong with Provincetown.
Provincetown has lots of different galleries, nightclubs, and specialty shops clustered together.
It’s also a stunning place to spend a day by the water in the sun!
Vegas is one of the top places to go in the States because no matter what, there’s always something going on.
From concerts, festivals, boxing, and so much more, there’s a lot on offer.
While you’re there, make sure you get a quick photo in front of the famous Las Vegas sign!
Summer Camps first started on the East Coast, so if you’re placed in New York State, the city is a must.
Whether it’s visiting the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, or Times Square, you’ll have a blast.
If you’ve never been to New York City, it’s a place that absolutely must be on your bucket list.
Yosemite National Park is a stunning natural wonder in California’s Sierra Nevada mountains.
Surrounded by ancient trees, the nearby Yosemite Village is well worth a visit too.
Make sure you explore all the shops, the museum, and the gallery!
Maybe not the warmest part of America, but the Tracy Arm Fjord in Alaska is a must see.
Grab a boat tour and watch as you navigate your way through stunning icebergs.
Take your camera, because wildlife sightings aren’t uncommon!
